Research Scientist II
I'm a chemistry-climate scientist and modeller with the background at the interface of atmospheric composition, circulation and radiation. I'm interested in various aspects related to chemistry-climate interactions, atmospheric dynamics and climate variability. Amongst other I've been involved in studies of changes in stratospheric ozone, including its chemical, dynamical and radiative drivers, modes of climate variability, and the 11-year solar cycle. I currently focus on atmospheric and climate impacts of solar geoengineering.
I have a thorough experience in chemistry-climate modeling, including the development and application of the UM-UKCA chemistry-climate model (now UKESM) and the CESM earth-system model.
